1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Piview ("the Platform"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

Piview is a digital platform that provides AI-assisted architectural rendering services. Users can generate visualizations of facades, interiors, landscaping, and master plans based on parameters entered into the platform.

3. Registration and Account

To use the Platform, users must register and create an account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

4. Credits and Payments

The Platform operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased through payments made on the platform. Each generated render consumes a specific amount of credits, which is displayed before confirming the generation.

Purchased credits are non-transferable and non-refundable, except in cases of duly verified system errors.

5. Payments and Receipts

Payments are processed through Stripe, which securely handles credit card charges. The merchant name appearing on the user's bank statement will be the name registered with Stripe.

Piview offers prepaid credits in fixed amounts. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Each credit purchase is a one-time transaction.

For tax invoice requests, please contact us through the support channel. Issuance is subject to applicable tax legislation.

6. Acceptable Use

Users agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following is prohibited:

  • Using the Platform to generate illegal, offensive, or infringing content.
  • Attempting to breach the Platform's security or access other users' data.
  • Reverse engineering, modifying, or distributing the Platform's code.

7. Intellectual Property

The software, design, logos, and content of the Platform are owned by Piview. Renders generated by users are owned by those users, but Piview reserves the right to display anonymous renders for promotional purposes within the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Piview provides the Platform "as is," without warranties of continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Piview be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Mexico.
